As a contracted Lead Content Moderator, my goals for LISA's Discord community is to help build a space that scales without losing trust: clear standards, actionable escalation paths, consistent enforcement policies, and a culture where members feel safe to participate and supported to contribute. By pairing proactive moderation with strong workflows (escalations, documentation, and repeat-offender prevention), we reduce harm and keep discussions constructive and on-brand.
