Problem

The community required a more structured approach to leadership and management, with gaps in policy enforcement, team collaboration, and customer service. The infrastructure lacked essential tools for moderation and organization, leading to inefficiencies in resolving issues. Additionally, building lasting partnerships with content creators to elevate the community’s reputation and offerings was a challenge.

Results

I provided leadership by guiding a team of moderators, administrators, and event organizers, improving their performance through structured coaching and training. I developed and implemented clear policies, set up auto-moderation systems, and built a reliable infrastructure, significantly reducing harmful content and improving communication. I also organized regular staff meetings and onboarded new members efficiently.

Notably, I successfully developed a long-standing relationship between Ultimate Immersion and ESO (a YouTuber with 1.9 million subscribers), which led to the creation of modpacks for Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim modding. This relationship remains active, contributing to ongoing collaboration and community engagement. Currently, the ESO-UI partnership helps users mod 8+ games from Skyrim and GTA to Minecraft.
