The community faced dwindling user retention rates, resulting in the loss of their Discord Partner status. The existing interface was decent yet outdated and needed personalization and customization options.

Results

By implementing a revamped onboarding strategy focused on clarity, engagement, and personalization, I delivered a revitalized community layout with attached onboarding logic, which would alleviate the community's existing problems. Yet, due to technical issues requiring the community to overhaul their permission structure, they were unable to implement it 100%.
